While it certainly looks good, a game like Grand Theft Auto 5 doesn't have the visual fidelity that other modern games possess. What it does have is loads of tools, costumes, animations, and behaviors programmed into its AI denizens that fans can use to recreate just about anything - including, for example, the Battlefield 1 trailer:
Like I said, it's certainly not as gorgeous as EA's shooter, but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. It's almost like watching kids play with Hot Wheels and other toys as they play pretend - particularly when a plane hits a lighthouse 19 seconds in. It just kinda… thwumps to a stop, doesn't it?
