2K has released the first official gameplay trailer for WWE 2K17, ahead of its release next month.
It’s the first time we’ve seen anything of the new ability to fight in the crowd: at one point Cesaro slams Sheamus into a barricade in what looks to be a sectioned-off area of the arena. Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton, and Roman Reigns and Rusev, also do battle as the general public mill about around them. Cool.
The video (via IGN) also shows long-time rivals Brock Lesnar and Goldberg going to war backstage, with one particularly cool shot taken from the perspective of a security camera.
The trailer represents the first time we’ve seen in-game WWE 2K17 footage or screens of American Alpha (Chad Gable and Jason Jordan), Enzo Amore and Big Cass, and DLC character Apollo Crews. GR+s roster gallery will be updated with these images shortly.
It also confirms that the NXT Takeover London arena (Wembley, essentially) is in the game.

WWE 2K17 is released for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on October 11.
