As silently as it was added, Oculus has now removed the headset check which put a spanner in the works for ReVive which enabled Vive owners to play games from the Oculus Store.The ReVive author CrossVR updated today to confirm this has now happened which is likely a response to the backlash Oculus received when the headset check was added.

While the Vive does a good job with tracking the hand and arm positions, it doesn’t track the fingers and this is where the Manus VR glove comes in.The dutch start-up has released a new video today to show how accurate the tracking of the hand, arms and fingers actually is and it’s quite impressive.
