I understand why Ôkami would be ported to the Wil since one can manipulate the controller like a paint brush but judging by your comments I would say that it wasn't translated properly to the Will because I remember none or the problems you encountered on the PS2 original version.Also, if you are still at the beginning of the game (which took me 62 hours without doing many of the side quests and leveling up) then I suggest you hang in there because the game truley develops a very in-depth, original and compeling style (which will never be recreated thanks to Capcom closing Clover).
